TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
This tour starts in Amsterdam. Players will have time to sight-see in Amsterdam. Stroll along the canals and take in all the amazing sights in Amsterdam. A tournament is scheduled for the weekend just outside Amsterdam in Haarlem. A unique feature for this tour is a stop at the following Canadian war Memorials at Vimy Ridge and Beaumont Hamel. We will visit the Notre Dame Cathedral in Amiens, one the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world. Our trip concludes in Paris.
A mini tournament will be played with local players and then players will have time to explore the wonderful city of Paris.

TOUR ITINERARY
Thurs. Oct. 9th
Day 1 Amsterdam/Haarlem, Netherlands
Arrive in Amsterdam and transfer to the hotel on your own. The hotel and Pickleball courts are in Haarlem, a suburb of Amsterdam. Check in and welcome reception included. Time to do a little sightseeing. Dinner on your own. Travelers are welcome to arrive a day or two early to have some extra time exploring the city. (Additional nights at the hotel are not included)
Fri. Oct. 10th
Day 2 Amsterdam/Haarlem, Netherlands
Breakfast at the hotel is included. After breakfast we go to the Pickleball club for a 3 hour session of open play with the locals.
After lunch we will stroll through the streets of Amsterdam. Optional guided tours will be arranged for those interested. Dinner on your own. Optional group dinner can be arranged.
Sat. Oct. 11th
Day 3 Amsterdam/Haarlem, Netherlands
Breakfast at the hotel is included. Transfer to the courts for the tournament.
Players will take part in the PLC Sports Netherlands Cup. Teams will be in action all day. Players will play against local Pickleball players. Awards will be presented after the final games. A tournament party will be included. Transfer back to the hotel at the end of the day. Dinner on your own. A group dinner can be arranged.
Su. Oct. 12th
Day 4 Haarlem / Amsterdam, Netherlands
Breakfast at the hotel. Today is a free day for sightseeing. Optional tours you may wish to include are Anne Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Heineken Experience and the Royal Palace Amsterdam.
Dinner on your own.
Mon. Oct. 13th
Day 5 Vimy Ridge/Beaumont Hamel War Memorials/Paris, France
Breakfast at the hotel included. After breakfast we will board the bus and transfer to Vimy Ridge/Beaumont-Hamel War Memorials. We will spend the night in Amiens, France.
Tues. Oct. 14th
Day 6 Amiens & Paris
Breakfast at the hotel included. After breakfast, the group will visit the Amiens Cathedral. The Cathedral is one of the largest “classic” Gothic Cathedrals of the 13th century. After the visit to the Cathedral, the group will transfer to Paris. Check into the hotel.
Dinner will be on your own.
Wed. Oct. 15th
Day 7 /Paris, France
Breakfast at the hotel. A morning Pickleball Open Play session is scheduled with local players. After lunch the group will have the opportunity to visit some of Paris's iconic sites including the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame Cathedral.
Dinner on your own.
Thurs. Oct. 16th
Day 8 Paris, France
Breakfast at the hotel. Today the group will take an optional trip to Versailles Palace and Gardens or have free time in Paris.
Fri. Oct. 17th
Day 9 Paris, France
Breakfast at the hotel. Local sightseeing in the morning. Transfer to the Pickleball courts after lunch for the start of the tournament.
Sat. Oct. 18th
Day 10 Paris, France
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Pickleball club for the tournament today. Awards ceremony and social activity after the tournament. Dinner on your own.
Sun. Oct. 19th
Day 11 Home
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight home. This transfer is on your own.

OUR BOOKING POLICIES
PRICING:
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be sent to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.
Prices are subject to change in case of currency exchange fluctuations and the group minimum number of 20 not being reached.
Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.
Pricing does not include:
• Meals (unless indicated in the itinerary)
• Personal spending money
• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)
AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights. Travelers will be expected to ensure their arrival and departure coincides with the group bus transfer times. If your flights do not correspond with the group transfer time, you will be required to arrange your own transportation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
