ITINERARY

Tues. Sept. 8th Depart your home airport to Paros, Greece.

Wed. Sept. 9th Paros, Greece

Arrive in Paros and transfer to the hotel. Check in. Time to relax. Welcome reception at 5:00pm in hotel bar with complimentary cocktails. Optional group dinner can be arranged.

Thurs. Sept. 10th Paros, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel is included. 3-hour open play session in the morning. Optional wine tour to Domaine Mysini in the afternoon or sightseeing on your own. Optional group dinner.

Fri. Sept. 11th Paros, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel is included. 3-hour open play session in the morning. Optional afternoon hike on the Byantine path. Dinner on your own.

Sat. Sept. 12th Paros, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. Today the group will play in a tournament with the local players. There will be an awards presentation after the tournament with a social activity.

Sun. Sept. 13th Paros, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. 8-hour Catamaran Island tour with food and beverages included.

Mon. Sept. 14th Santorini, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer by ferry to Santorini. Check into the hotel. Afternoon and evening on your own sightseeing and exploring the island.

Tues. Sept. 15th Santorini, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the courts for an open play. 3-hour session. Afternoon and evening sightseeing on your own.

Wed. Sept. 16th Santorini, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. Today the group will play in a tournament with the local players. There will be an awards presentation after the tournament with a social activity.

Thurs. Sept. 17th Santorini, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. 3-hour open play session in the morning. Afternoon and evening sightseeing on your own.

Fri. Sept. 18th Athens, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer by ferry to Athens. Check into the hotel. Local sightseeing.

Sat. Sept. 19th Athens, Greece

Breakfast at the hotel. Optional visits to the Acropolis, Parthenon, Panathenaic Stadium and more.

Sun. Sept. 20th Home / Extend Your Stay

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport on your own for your flight home.You have the option to extend your stay on your own.

You can register with your partner or as an individual player for this tour.
The tour can be customized to meet each group's preferences and requirements.

PRICING:
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be sent to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.

Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices and guest  (non player) price available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.
Pricing does not include:
• Meals (unless indicated in the itinerary)
• Personal spending money
• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)

AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights. Travelers will be expected to ensure their arrival and departure coincides with the group bus transfer times. If your flights do not correspond with the group transfer time, you will be required to arrange your own transportation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PICKLEBALL TOUR:

Deposit: Due with booking   $500.00 CAD per person. $250.00 Non-refundable.

2nd Payment:   Mar. 1, 2026,             $2,500.00 CAD per person              

Final Payment:  Jun. 1, 2026,             Balance of your package price

Payments can also be made by credit card on the PLC Sports Travel website secure portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
