TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
Players will arrive in Dublin and have time to explore this great city.
Perhaps you could take in a Guinness or a whisky tour or maybe St. Patrick's Cathedral.
The tour moves to Multyfarnham for a great weekend of Pickleball and social activities. Then we move on to Edinburgh, Scotland for a Pickleball Festival. Players will enjoy Pickleball games with the local competition. A trip to Edinburgh Castle is a must as is a stroll through the streets of Edinburgh.
TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1 Dublin, Ireland
Arrive in Dublin and transfer to the hotel. Check in and welcome reception. Time to do a little sightseeing. Dinner on your own. A group dinner can be arranged.
Day 2 Dublin, Ireland
Breakfast at the hotel is included. After breakfast we will spend the day strolling through the streets of Dublin. Optional tours may include: Guinness Storehouse Tour, St. Patrick's Cathedral, The Book of Kells Experience or an Irish Whiskey Tour. A group dinner can be arranged with food, music and perhaps an Irish jig!
Day 3 Dublin to Multyfarnham, Ireland
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfest spend the morning sightseeing in Dublin. Time to get some last minute shopping in.
After lunch we will board the bus and head to Multyfarnham and check into the hotel. At 4:00pm we will head to the Pickleball courts for some warm-up time before the tournament. Dinner on your own. OTransfer to the courts for Day 1 of the tournament.
Player’s will take part in the 1st Annual PLC Sports Irish Cup. Teams will be in action all day. Lunch is included. There will be a party for all players and guests in the evening. Transfer back to the hotel.
Day 4 Multyfarnham, Ireland
Breakfast at the hotel. Today players will transfer to the Pickleball club for a day of competition. Lunch will be included today.
Awards ceremony after the tournament. The group will return to the hotel after the awards ceremony. Dinner on your own. Optional group dinner can be arranged.
Day 5 Multyfarnham, Ireland Breakfast at the hotel. Today players will return to the Pickleball club for one more day of competition. Lunch will be included today. Optional group dinner can be arranged.
Day 6 Edinburgh, Scotland
Breakfast at the hotel included. After breakfast we will board the bus and transfer to the airport for the flight to Edinburgh. We will transfer to the hotel and check in. Travelers will have the afternoon for some local sightseeing. Dinner on your own. A group dinner can be arranged.
Flight cost from Dublin to Edinburgh not included.
Day 7 Edinburgh, Scotland
Breakfast at the hotel included. After breakfast the group can plan some optional excursions. You may wish to take a walking tour, a visit to Edinburgh Castle or perhaps a Scotch Whisky tour. The Pickleball Festival will begin in the afternoon at 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Dinner on your own. A group dinner can be arranged.
Day 8 Edinburgh, Scotland
Breakfast at the hotel. Today travelers can plan optional excursions to the Palace of Holyroodhouse or perhaps a scotch wiskey tour. The Pickleball Festival will continue today from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. A group social is planned for all players at the end of the festival.
Day 9 Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer by bus to the airport for your flight home or on to your next destination.

The tour can be customized to meet each teams preferences and requirements.
OUR BOOKING POLICIES
To book a tour, please fill out the contact information sheet on the website and submit it to PLC Sports Travel. Once the minimum number of travelers has been reached (minimum 20 travelers) the tour will be confirmed and payments will be required.
PRICING:
$3,200.00 per player with double occupancy.
$4,300.00 single occupancy.
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be sent to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.
Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.
Pricing does not include:
• Meals (unless indicated in the itinerary)
• Personal spending money
• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)
AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights. Travelers will be expected to ensure their arrival and departure coincides with the group bus transfer times. If your flights do not correspond with the group transfer time, you will be required to arrange your own transportation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
