TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
This tour starts with your arrival in Prague. Travelers will enjoy 4 nights accommodation in a 4 star hotel with breakfast included each day.
Players will enjoy a 4 hour open play session with the local players and then take part in a one day Canada vs. Czechia tournament. Our next stop is Vienna voted one of the best cities to live in. A visit to the Schonbrunn Palace is a must while in Vienna. Players will challenge the locals to mini tournament. Our final destination is Budapest. This amazing city is known for its beautiful historic sites and the many thermal spas. Players will enjoy a mini tournament with the local players in Budapest.

TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1 Prague, Czechia
Arrive at the Prague airport and transfer to the hotel. A welcome reception is planned at the hotel. Travelers can relax at the hotel or take some time to explore the nearby sites and have a relaxing evening.
Dinner is on your own. A group reservation is available.
Day 2 Prague, Czechia
Breakfast at the hotel. Today there is an optional guided walking tour of “Old Town" and the Prague Castle. In the late afternoon the group will transfer to the local Pickleball club for some exhibition games with local players. Dinner on your own after Pickleball.
Day 3 Prague, Czechia
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast the group will transfer to the Pickleball club for a 1 day tournament with local players. After the tournament a social activity will be planned for all players from both teams. A group reservation for dinner is possible.
Day 4 Prague, Czechia
Breakfast at the hotel. Today is an open day for sightseeing. An optional day trip to the spa town of Karlovy Vary is available.
Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) is a spa town in the west Bohemia region of the Czech Republic. Its numerous thermal springs have made it a popular resort since the 19th century. The riverside spa district is home to several colonnades with columned walkways. The modern Hot Spring Colonnade houses the Pramen Vřídlo geyser, which spouts up to 12 meters high.
Day 5 Vienna, Austria
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Vienna by luxury coach. An optional guided tour of the Schonbrunn Palace is available. Transfer to the hotel and check in. The evening is avaialble for sightseeing. The city is known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence. In the Museums Quartier district, historic and contemporary buildings display works, by Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt and other artists.
Day 6 Vienna, Austria
Breakfast at the hotel. Today the group will play a mini tournament against local players from Vienna. A social activity will be planned for all players in the mini tournament.
Day 7 Budapest, Hungary
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Budapest. Budapest, Hungary’s capital, is bisected by the River Danube. Its 19th-century Chain Bridge connects the hilly Buda district with flat Pest. A funicular runs up Castle Hill to Buda’s Old Town, where the Budapest History Museum traces city life from Roman times onward. Trinity Square is home to 13th-century Matthias Church and the turrets of the Fishermen’s Bastion, which offer sweeping views.
The afternoon and evening are free to explore the many attractions in the city.
Day 8 Budapest, Hungary
Breakfast at the hotel. Today players will transfer to the Pickleball club for a 3 hour open play session with local players. The afternoon can be spent lounging at the thermal spa. Group dinner reservation is avaialble.
Day 9 Budapest, Hungary
Breakfast at the hotel. Today a mini tournament is planned with local Pickleball players. A social activity is planned for all tournament players after the tournament. Dinner on your own. A group reservation is possible.
Day 10 Home
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will transfer to the airport for your flight home or on to your next adventure!

OUR BOOKING POLICIES
PRICING:
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be sent to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.
Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.
Pricing does not include:
• Meals (unless indicated in the itinerary)
• Personal spending money
• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)
* Prices are subject to currency market fluctuations. If the Canadian dollar decreases in value from the time the quotation was excepted to our travel date, a price adjustment will be made.
AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights. Travelers will be expected to ensure their arrival and departure coincides with the group bus transfer times. If your flights do not correspond with the group transfer time, you will be required to arrange your own transportation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
