The London Pickleball Tour offers players the opportunity play against local clubs in and around the London area. Tournaments and festivals will be sceduled throughout the tour.

Players and guests can enjoy all the many optional attractions in London including The Tower of London, The London Eye, The Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Trafalgar Square and the Churchill War Rooms. (Admission tickets not included)

A group farewell dinner is included.

Day 1 Arrive in London.  Check into the hotel. Time for some afternoon and evening site seeing.

Day 2 Breakfast at the hotel. Today's sightseeing recommendations are the Tower of London and Kensingston Palace. Open play with a local club will be scheduled in the late afternoon. Dinner of your own. A group reservation is possible.

Day 3 Breakfast at the hotel. A tournament is scheduled today for all players against a local club. A social activity will be planned after the tournament for all players.

Day 4 Breakfast at the hotel. Today is for local sightseeing. A day trip to Bath is an exciting option for the group. Dinner on your own.

Day 5 Breakfast at the hotel. Optional sightseeing today may include Buckingham Palace, Kew Gradens, and the London eye. Pickleball open play session with a local club. Dinner on your own.

Day 6 Breakfast at the hotel. Optional sightseeing today may include Hampton Court Palace, the British Museum or St. Paul's Cathedral. An open session of Pickleball with a local club is scheduled. Dinner on your own.

Day 7 Breafast at the hotel. Today is a free day to explore the city. An optional Pickleball open session can be scheduled. A group dinner tonight is included.

Day 8 Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

PRICING:
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be sent to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.

Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.
Pricing does not include:
• Meals (unless indicated in the itinerary)
• Personal spending money
• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)

AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights. Travelers will be expected to ensure there arrival and departure coincides with the group bus transfer times. If your flights do not correspond with the group transfer time, you will be required to arrange your own transportation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
