Our tour starts with your arrival in Venice. Transfer to Padua, Italy where you will have a training session with local pros, open play session and a full day tournament with locals. After the tournament you will have dinner at an authentic Italian restaurant. Where the locals eat! An optional one day visit to Venice or Verona is available. In Split you will have 2 training sessions with a local pro and open play. A one day tournament is also included with local players. There are several free days to explore the beauty of the Croatian coast and islands.

ITINERARY

Tues. June 2nd     Depart your home airport to Venice, Italy.

Wed. June 3rd     Venice, Italy

Arrive in Venice and transfer to the hotel in Padua. Check in. Time to relax. Welcome reception at 5:00pm in hotel bar with complimentary cocktails. Optional group dinner can be arranged.

Thurs. June 4th    Padua, Italy

Breakfast at the hotel is included. Today is open for optional day tours. Travelers may wish to go into Venice or Verona today. You may also like to take a local wine tour. Tour costs not included.

Fri. June 5th    Padua, Italy

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Pickleball courts for a training session and open play from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. A group dinner is planned tonight at a local authentic Italian restaurant. (Meal not included)

Sat. June 6th     Padua, Italy

Breakfast at the hotel. Today the group will play in a tournament with the local players. Lunch will be included with an awards presentation after the tournament with a social activity.

Sun. June 7th     Croatia

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer by bus to Rijeka, Croatia. 4-hour drive.

Check into the hotel and dinner on your own.

Mon. June 8th     Split, Croatia  

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the hotel in Split. Afternoon and evening free for local sightseeing.

Tues. June 9th                         Split, Croatia

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the courts for a training session and open play. 3-hour session from 8:00am to 11:00am. Lunch on your own. Optional Game of Thrones walking tour available in the afternoon. Dinner on your own.

Wed. June 10th     Split, Croatia

Breakfast at the hotel. Today is a free day to book an island trip. Enjoy the Blue Lagoon and the many island adventures.

Thurs. June 11th     Split, Croatia

Breakfast at the hotel. Today there is an optional trip to Plitvice National Park or Krka National Park.

You can enjoy the day at a local beach.

Fri. June 12th     Split, Croatia

Breakfast at the hotel. 3-hour training session with open play from 8:00am to 11:00am. Lunch on your own. Afternoon free for sightseeing or beach time. Dinner on your own.

Sat. June 13th     Split, Croatia

Breakfast at the hotel. Tournament today from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Awards and social after the tournament.

Sun. June 14th     Home

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport on your own for your flight home.

The tour can be customized to meet each group's preferences and requirements.

PRICING:
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be sent to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.

Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices and guest  (non player) price available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.
Pricing does not include:
• Meals (unless indicated in the itinerary)
• Personal spending money
• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)

AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights. Travelers will be expected to ensure their arrival and departure coincides with the group bus transfer times. If your flights do not correspond with the group transfer time, you will be required to arrange your own transportation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
