TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
This tour starts with your arrival in Munich. Players will participate in an open play ssession one evening and then a tournament with local players from Munich. There will be plenty of time to start your Christmas shopping at the Munich Christmas markets. A visit to Munich is not complete until you have a eal at the famous Hofbrauhaus.
The tour makes a one night stop in Salzburg to visit the Salzburg Christmas Market and to have dinner at the oldest Beer Hall in Austria.
On to Vienna with a visit to the many Christmas markets here. You may wish to attend a Christmas concert at one of the many musical venues. A Pickleball Festival is planned in Weiner Neustadt.
Our last stop will be Budapest. An open play session and tournament are planned here. The Christmas markets here are amazing. Take a ride on the Advent Tram for some scenic views.

TOUR ITINERARY
Thursday Nov. 27th Munich, Germany
Arrive at the Munich airport and transfer to the hotel. A welcome reception is planned at the hotel later in the afternoon. Travelers can check their bags at the hotel until the 3:00pm check in time. We will head off to the Old town to check out the Christmas Markets. An optional dinner at the Hofbrauhaus can be arranged.
Friday Nov. 28th Munich, Germany
Breakfast at the hotel. Travelers will enjoy the day visiting the many Christmas markets in Munich. The group will transfer to the Pickleball club in the late afternoon for an open play session with locals. Dinner on your own after Pickleball.
Saturday Nov. 29th Munich, Germany
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast the group will transfer to the Pickleball club for a 1 day tournament with local players. After the tournament a social activity will be planned for all players from both teams. A group reservation for dinner is possible.
Sunday Nov. 30th Salzburg, Austria
Breakfast at the hotel. Today the group will transfer to Salzburg and spend the day at the Christmas market and local sightseeing. Over night in Salzburg.
Monday Dec. 1st Vienna, Austria
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Vienna by luxury coach. Transfer to the hotel and check in. Head out to explore the many Christmas markets in Vienna. Dinner on your own.
Tuesday Dec. 2nd Vienna, Austria
Breakfast at the hotel. Today is a free day to continue to see the Christmas markets and explore Vienna.
Wednesday Dec. 3rd Weiner Neustadt, Austria
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning sightseeing in Vienna. Early afternoon transfer to Weiner Neustadt. Pickleball Festival with local players in the evening.
Thursday Dec. 4th Budapest, Hungary
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Budapest. Check into the hotel and head out to the Christmas markets.
Friday Dec. 5th Budapest, Hungary
Breakfast at the hotel. Today players will transfer to the Pickleball club for a 3 hour open play session with local players. The afternoon can be spent lounging at the thermal spa or at the Christmas markets. Group dinner reservation is avaialble.
Saturday Dec. 6th Budapest, Hungary
Breakfast at the hotel. Today a mini tournament is planned with local Pickleball players. A social activity is planned for all tournament players after the tournament. Dinner on your own. A group reservation is possible.
Sunday Dec. 7th Home
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will transfer to the airport for your flight home or on to your next adventure!

- Local sightseeing in Vienna. Optional tours may include Schonbrunn Palace, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belvedere Palace and more.
- Budapest, Hungary
- 3 nights’ accommodation in Budapest, Hungary with breakfast.
- 4-hour open play session.
- 1-day Pickleball tournament with local players. Awards ceremony after the tournament.
- Optional attractions may include the Thermal Baths, Fisherman’s bastion, Buda Castle, St. Stephen’s Church and Hero’s Square.
- Visit to the Christmas markets including Vorosmarty Square Christmas Market and St. Stephen’s Basilica Christmas Market.
- Other activities may include a ride on the Advent Tram, Central Market Hall, a River Cruise or a visit to the Opera House to admire the decorations.

OUR BOOKING POLICIES
PRICING:
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be sent to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.
Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.
Pricing does not include:
• Meals (unless indicated in the itinerary)
• Personal spending money
• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)
* Prices are subject to currency market fluctuations. If the Canadian dollar decreases in value from the time the quotation was excepted to our travel date, a price adjustment will be made.
AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights. Travelers will be expected to ensure their arrival and departure coincides with the group bus transfer times. If your flights do not correspond with the group transfer time, you will be required to arrange your own transportation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
